Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PartTimeIT services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

PartTimeIT provides IT outsourcing, cybersecurity, network management, and technical support services to businesses in Kuwait. Our services include but are not limited to:

• IT Infrastructure Management
• Cybersecurity Solutions
• Network Administration
• System Administration
• IT Support & Help Desk
• Custom Software Development
• Cloud Solutions
• Data Backup & Recovery

3. Service Area

Our services are primarily available in Kuwait, with a focus on Ahmadi Governorate, Salmiya, Kuwait City, Hawalli, Jahra, and Farwaniya. Service availability may vary by location and specific requirements.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, we require:

• Advance payment for project-based services
• Monthly billing for ongoing support services
• Payment within 30 days for invoice-based services

5. Service Level Agreements

Specific service level agreements (SLAs) will be detailed in individual service contracts. Our standard response times are:

• Emergency issues: 2-4 hours
• High priority issues: 4-8 hours
• Normal priority issues: 24 hours
• Low priority issues: 48-72 hours

6. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your business information. All client data and business information will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

7. Data Protection

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. We comply with applicable data protection laws and regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

PartTimeIT's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in individual service agreements. Upon termination, we will provide a transition plan and return any client data in our possession.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kuwait, with Ahmadi Governorate having jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
